You will receive the next vial when you reach the level:

250 level - receive 5% resistance and mana leech for 24h

500 level - receive 8% resistance and mana leech for 24h

650 level - receive 12% resistance and mana leech for 24h

750 level - receive 15% resistance and mana leech for 24h
