Locate the quest near Vip City

First find the snowy terrain of north on Port Hope and go to the teleport at the top

After going to the other side, use Obsidian Knife to destroy the buried road and move on. Follow the road.
Watch out for the monsters running there!

Now your task will be to use Obsidian Knife on snowmen. Upon use, Caped Snowman will respawn

Your task will be to kill a few of them. After dealing with the task, use Obsidian Knife on a distinctive snowman

You will be transported to the glacier with the Muffled Snowman.
Now you can fight a duel to get rare items and mount
